Our Monticello location Opened in 1978, the Monticello Trading Post is a full Hardware Home Center operation. It is the second store in the chain originating in Rock Hill, N.Y. in 1960. The Trading Post is known for its full lines of Plumbing, Electrical, Housewares and all your hardware needs. We also have a Toy department, Sporting Goods, Outdoor Living, Lawn Furniture, BBQ's and much, much, more. We carry paints and stains in a variety of brands.

Our associates can suggest many items and are specialists in their fields. We are willing to give "how-to" advice. If you don't see it, ask. We usually can get it for you in a few days. We do special orders.

Trading Post has always had a great reputation for bringing in merchandise that can't be found anywhere else. For 40 years our Flea Market Alley has been featuring bankruptcy merchandise, manufacturers closeouts and discontinued items, all of which we sell below wholesale prices.
